On February 26, CAMRA's Data Management & Analysis Core (DMAC) showcased its data capture, management, and analysis infrastructure at DS-I Africa Data Management Working Group (DMWG). Here you will find the workflows detailing the movement of data from patient to final analytical output, the data standards used to ensure data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR) and the bioinformatic and data management tools & cloud platforms empowering CAMRA’s mission.
